All Client programs are custom made to fit the wishes of the client. GBA offers in the Program Description below an overview of the main premise of GBA’s approach to Transformation. The GBA Transformation approach to Behavioural and Cultural Change includes study of the Barrett Hierarchy of Values.
GBA Leadership Development studies have at their core the concept that Growth comes through Realisation. Knowledge and Experience in all aspects of a GBA Leadership Program offers Consistent Realisation regarding the choice to transform any limiting attitudes and behaviours. Skills are given to integrate and evolve attitudes and behaviours that are already embraced as a strength. Growth requires Leaders to emerge what they yearn for, but as yet are unconsciously unskilled as to how to achieve this yearning. GBA provides tools to move from Unrealised States of Leadership to fully embracing levels of Excellence, which then move into habitual ways of thinking, feeling, and doing. This produces Leaders living an Advanced Leadership State that GBA calls Unconscious Excellence as a Leader. Greatness.

This program is the Foundation Program for Emerging Knowledge and Skills to enable Transformed Attitudes and Behaviours which then create the Advanced Leadership that GBA calls Unconscious Excellence as a Leader. Leaders operating at this stage of Personal and Professional development engender Cultural Change—Cultural Transformation in any Organisation, Team or Group.
Leaders are given the skills to translate the Barrett Diagnostic Insights into specific agreed actions in order to create outstanding Greatness and Performance as Leaders. Leading through Purpose and Greatness is designed to create Courageous Leaders with the understanding that Leadership takes place, at all times, in all situations. Leading with Greatness requires integrating “means” and “spirit”. Leadership through Greatness challenges each of us to ask the question, “How can we more often live the values we aspire to hold?” Or, in the words of Oriah Mountain Dreamer, “What if the question was not ‘why do I so infrequently be theperson I want to be’ but rather ‘why do I so infrequently want to be the person I am?’”

This GBA Program is a further follow through embedding program which develops the knowledge, experience, and skills, required to transform Individual Leaders and Executive Teams throughout an Organisation, into the next level of Great Leadership. Leaders gain the ability to influence, create and “call forth” exceptional shifts in attitudes and behaviours that result in a ground-breaking Cultural Transformation throughout their Organisation.

The Tao of Leadership – John Heider
The choice of Progam and the content is selected to meet the Client’s instructions from a large body of knowledge that has been uniquely created by GBA. In addition GBA uses a Leadership Development tool developed by the Barrett Values Centre. Program participants engage online before the Client Program begins. The individual participant results are analysed before the Leadership Seminar. One on one coaching is given to each course participant prior to the Seminar session by the Facilitators delivering the Seminar Program. The results of the coaching sessions are integrated and applied to all the Knowledge and Skills taught in the Seminar. This approach offers a tangible starting point for the individual Leader to transform any areas needing development.
Seminars are held over three days and can be delivered In-house or off-site, residential or non-residential. Experience has shown that off-site and residential is ideal as some facilitated sessions are best delivered in the evenings. Participants do experience major shifts of inner awareness and attitudes. Work within the Field of Transformation can be challenging. Driving to and from a venue, the experience of home situations, work situations, between daily seminar sessions, can have a limiting effect on the overall outcome of the Transformation experience being embedded in a careful and developmental way. When participants stay together they are able to mentor and coach each other through the Transformation Realisations that they are processing.
You can’t connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backwards. So you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future. You have to trust in something – your gut, destiny, life, karma, whatever. This approach has never let me down, and it has made all the difference in my life.
