Karen Muller – Senior GBA Facilitator
Karen Muller is an experienced consultant in leadership development and culture transformation. Prior to establishing her own business, she spent more than 30 years with McKinsey & Company in consulting and leadership positions. She has served clients in finance, communications, professional services, and the mining, industrial, transportation and energy sectors. She is an experienced facilitator and coach. Karen holds an MBA, IMD, Lausanne, Switzerland; a Masters in Coaching Psychology & HRM, University of Sydney; a BA, Economics & Industrial Relations from the University of New South Wales. She has also undertaken studies in Appreciative Inquiry with David Cooperrider, Foundations of Positive Psychology with Tal Ben-Shahar, and has ICCP 1 Associate Certification with Integral Coaching Canada.
Reinoud Slot – Senior GBA Facilitator
Reinoud has over 15 years’ experience enabling industrial companies to transform. His particular focus is mentoring leaders with the knowledge and skills required for them to transform their organisations. He founded a consulting firm, in which he is a partner, for enabling multinational manufacturing organisations to transform. Reinoud holds an MSc in Physics from the University of Delft. In addition, he co-created a software company that offers industrial safety solutions/programs worldwide. Reinoud lectures at the University of Delft on Health Safety and Environment leadership.
Paul van de Griendt – Senior GBA Facilitator
Paul has over 15 years’ experience as a facilitator and coach for leaders in industrial companies, designing and leading large scale transformation programs in their organisations. He is widely acknowledged as a trusted advisor for leaders facing delicate situations. Paul has considerable experience as a transformational coach and as a teacher of advanced coaching skills. In addition he founded a consulting firm in which he is a partner. Paul holds a degree in Telematics (engineering) and studied General Management at Rotterdam School of Management and Change Management at SIOO at Masters level.
Tiina-Maija Bergman – GBA Facilitator, Executive Program Director
Tiina-Maija brings to GBA extensive corporate experience of over 20 years in the hospitality industry in senior roles, as well as a workshop facilitator and assessor of future talent, in addition to having worked in hotel operations from early age. As well as being an accredited GBA Lead Facilitator, Tiina-Maija holds a BSc in Hospitality and Tourism Management, is trained in Management Accountancy and is Certified Cultural Transformation Tools Practitioner, Certified NLP Master Practitioner and Coach. In addition to the breadth of her business and operational capabilities, since the past 20 years Tiina-Maija has been both a student and teacher-practitioner of a range of mind-body related modalities such as Yoga, Mindfulness, Reiki and Jin Shin Jyutsu, and even Reflexology for pets.
