“Gita Bellin, in conjunction with McKinsey & Company, undertook ground breaking leadership development work with Woodside Petroleum Limited around the turn of the millennium. The programme was designed to create business performance improvement through behavioural transformation.

It challenged leadership team members to become aware of their limiting mindsets and behaviours, to explore their key personal attributes including integrity, trust and authenticity and to embark on a new way of being at work and at home which allowed more mindful and less stressful personal and business interactions.

Programmes were run throughout the company and were successful in creating a common purpose, shared business goals and personal commitment with respect to values and behaviours by individual leaders which resulted in measurable business performance improvement and significantly increased employee engagement”.
