Limitation of Liability

In the unlikely event of the cancellation of the course by Gita Bellin and Associates, delegates will be refunded in full or offered a place on another GBA course. Gita Bellin and Associates will not be held liable for any other costs delegates may incur as a result of such a cancellation. Travel Insurance for any such eventuality is at the participant’s discretion.

Substitution/Cancellation policy

Should you need to cancel, a deposit amount of £300 will be deducted from your reimbursement to go towards administration costs, venue costs and the costs of the pre-preparation work which would have been sent to you. Out of the remaining amount, if you cancel 4 weeks prior to the course there will be a 75% cancellation fee and 3 weeks prior, a 100% cancellation fee. After this date, there will be no refund.

Substitutions may be possible when there is sufficient notice for the new delegate to complete their course pre-work, the substitute delegate has attended any pre-requisite courses where applicable, and the substitute delegate is accepted onto the program if participation includes an application process.

For programs that span more than one teaching session, such as the Facilitator Development Program, enrolment covers all modules and payment will be required for all modules in advance of participation in the program. The above cancellation policy applies prior to the commencement of the first module, after which there will be no reimbursements for cancellations during the program.
